            Thomas M. Fuchs, D.M.D. received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1986.  He began his practice in General and Cosmetic Dentistry in August 1986.  His office is located in Middletown at 305 Middletown Park Place.  For 20 years, Dr. Fuchs has had a family focused practice giving his patients the very best personalized dental care helping them maintain excellent aesthetic oral health.  When patients walk into Dr. Fuchs’ office, they become part of a dental family committed to personal attention.

            We offer a variety of Dental Services with attention to detail.  Services include Veneers, laser dentistry, implants, and cosmetic bonding.  Veneers, or Lumineers, are often done without any prepping of tooth structure making nice smiles beautiful smiles.  Patients are amazed at how simple the Lumineers no-prep technique is.

              To further enhance cosmetic procedures, Dr. Fuchs obtained Certification from the Academy of Laser Dentistry.  Patients have wished for a time when cosmetic fillings could be done without a shot, without a numb lip, and without a drill.
  With laser technology, that time is now!  Patients can leave the office chewing on their fillings immediately.  What a wonderful gift to children and adults.

              Our Office Manager, Cindy Greenwell, leads a staff, which is best described as caring and friendly.  Patients are seen promptly in a comfortable environment.
